The 140-square-meter home features a kitchen with a dining room, a large living room opening onto a 90-square-meter terrace—part of which is covered and furnished with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and a pizza oven—as well as 2 large bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Large 11x5 swimming pool shared with the “Le Fenil” cottage
