About this house rental
A vacation rental of approximately 100 m² located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in the Dordogne, on the grounds of the Arc en Ciel Pony Club in Campagne/Audrix.
The cottage is located within the pony club grounds; you can explore the club with the children and book riding lessons or horseback rides.
The farm is surrounded by forest, perfect for nature lovers looking to recharge. You’ll enjoy an exceptional view of the valley.
The cottage features an open-concept kitchen and living room on the first floor, a bathroom on the first floor, an outdoor terrace, and two bedrooms upstairs.
One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has two 90-cm single beds as well as a double sofa bed. There is also a sink in each bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with: an oven and stovetop; microwave; large refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers; dishwasher, toaster; kettle; coffee maker; and everything you need for cooking.
You have a private patio (which can be enclosed with a gate for small children) complete with a table, chairs, and a parasol. You can also take a stroll around the entire farm.
The farm is ideally located 20 minutes from Sarlat; 40 minutes from Périgueux; and 10 minutes from Les Eyzies and Le Bugue.
There are many sites to explore in the surrounding area, including:
- The Étangs du Bos (water park), just 2 minutes away. You can walk there.
- The Proumeyssac Cave, 5 minutes away in Audrix
- The village of Le Bournat and the Périgord Noir Aquarium in Le Bugue, 10 minutes away
- The National Museum of Prehistory, 10 minutes away in Les Eyzies, and its caves
- Some of the most beautiful villages in France: La Roque-Gageac; Château de Beynac and Castelnau; Limeuil; Domme; Sarlat; etc.
- You can go for a swim in the river just 5 minutes away or at the Audrix pool (5 minutes).
Plenty of activities for the whole family: horseback riding; canoeing or gabarre boat trips on the Dordogne and Vézère rivers; visits to castles or caves; gourmet dining; tree-top adventure courses, etc.
