Welcome to holiday home la Faurie, a modern and spacious accommodation in the picturesque village of Meyrals, located in the heart of the Dordogne. Completed in 2025, this holiday home offers the perfect blend of French charm and contemporary comfort. With a heated private swimming pool (open from April to October) in the large enclosed garden, mosquito screens on all windows for optimal comfort, and breathtaking views over the valley, holiday home la Faurie is the ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in France. The house features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or friends who want to enjoy a carefree holiday together.
Step into the bright and spacious entrance hall which flows into the open kitchen, living room and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with every convenience, from an electric cooktop to a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare the most delicious meals yourself. The dining table is perfect for long dinners or cosy game nights with family or friends. In the cosy living room you will find a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a smart TV with access to various streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+ and ViaPlay. Using the HDMI cable, you can easily connect your laptop. The bookcase contains a selection of English and Dutch books, as well as board games for additional entertainment. The bedrooms are connected to the living room. On the left-hand side you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washbasin. On the right-hand side of the house you will find two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be combined into king-size beds upon request. Between these bedrooms is the second bathroom, equipped with both a bath and a shower as well as a second toilet.
