Charming charming house with breathtaking views of the Dordogne

Very nice region, we had a very good stay !

Everything about this house and the property was absolutely perfect. The house itself is gorgeous and filled with treasures everywhere you look. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and eating outside on the patio was such a treat. The pool was so much fun, I cannot say enough about how lovely the patios and the grounds are. You can literally see castles and hot air balloons from the patio. The area is absolutely fantastic, and this house is very close to St. Cyprien which has a Carrefour grocery store. Also very close to several castles and the Lascaux area, as well as canoeing. We did not want to leave! The caretaker was wonderful as well, and very helpful when we had questions.

We had a lovely week, with plenty of room for the 5 of us. (all adults) The property was lovely and spacious, the patio with it's amazing views was where we spent most of our time, bbqing and playing games in the evening. The pool was a great size and a perfect temperature. It was a wonderfully quiet and private location. Very convenient for some of the beautiful chateaux and villages in this region.

Great house in a great location. Ralf was fantastic as far as checking us in and communicating during our stay. He recommended La Petite Tonnelle in Beynac. Ate there twice. We loved watching the hot air balloons and being so close to the chateaux, and lovely villages. Policy of paying extra for bedding and towels and lack of toiletries is annoying.
