Welcome to our charming and inviting property, nestled in the quiet scenic village of Leslie, Glenrothes. This delightful home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for your stay. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, our home provides a welcoming and comfortable base to explore the beauty of Glenrothes and beyond. Our home is located in a quiet residential area consisting of families with a friendly and safe feel to the area. There is plenty of space for free parking on the street. There is a playpark for children which can be seen from our home. Shops are within walking distance including a pub, takeaways, coffee shop and convenience store (groceries)
Our property is conveniently located just a 9 minute drive or 25 minutes via public transport to Glenrothes, 19 minutes drive to Kirkcaldy & 25 minutes to Grangemouth. Edinburgh City Centre can also be reached within 50 minutes to visit some of Edinburgh's most iconic sites such as Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood (Scottish Parliament) & the Royal Mile. Edinburgh Airport is only 40 minutes from our home.
Guests must be quiet between 19:00 and 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/events are not allowed.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
Loud excessive noise especially during quiet hours will result in a £250 charge and immediate removal from the premises
Guest must agree with our T&C's before staying with us (Signed)
Guest must provide ID before staying with us
A card authorization hold will be taken on the guests card before the guests stay ends
