Stunning and relaxing

Everything! We were upgraded as it was my partners 40th birthday, so thank you so much thst was a lovely suprise. Such a gorgeous property and room. Situated right on the sea hearing the waves all night was so wonderful and soothing. It was all we could wish and hope for and more. The room was well equipped had Everything we needed. Thank you so much. We highly recommend.

Absolute hidden gem! Keep it up, and keep improving it.

Awesome location! Brilliant level of service! The view, the attention to details in the chosen furniture, the atmosphere are collectively fantastic. The owner was very polite and super helpful.

Toilet/ shower room needs a tiny bit of fine tuning Would rate it 9/10. But still clean.

Had a great 2 nights stay and would def come back again.We had room 1 and was spolit for views.

Amazing Sea Views with Sun Rise, lady who checked me in was very nice and friendly, rooms were a decent size, warm and clean, just a 5 min drive from supermarkets and station, short drive to Ingleston P&R to get tram to Edin.

Bed was very soft, Wifi went up and down all night. There are lights right outside window and kept going on and off all night, not great when you like darkness. The toilet door is a sliding door and very noisy if trying to open it through the night. We could hear the neighbours door sliding and banging from 7am, not ideal when you want a long sleep. Only two tea bags and 4 small milks and a few coffee sachets. We landed up buying more, guess i could of asked for more from owner.

Cozy stay with breathtaking view!

We liked everything, the owners are exceptionally nice and warm, the room was beautiful, and the view! Breathtaking! Despite the windy weather we stayed cozy and warm in our room and got a free room upgrade - perfect gift for my hubby's birthday :) Thank you!

bedding was not luxury, it was bobbled and not nice to sleep on, blinds were broken and security light went off all night which meant the light constantly woke me up, I could hear the neighbours opening and closing the sliding door until early hours.

Poor average

The view was our main attraction to the place .

The property was at the back of someone’s house . Had dust on top of wardrobe and picture frames had bugs in them . Small tv for somewhere that’s considered luxury Poor quality toiletries and towels Was misdirected and owners had no professionalism about them . All in all not a very enjoyable stay. Not recommended for anybody looking for luxury.

Amazing three night stay!

Me and my friend absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived Craig the owner welcomed us and took us straight to the apartment. We stayed in the family room onlooking the beach,which is so luxurious! It is well equipped with a fridge,microwave,kettle,grill,games etc. Capturing the sunrise was stunning to see from our room,the views are amazing too. The room exceeded our expectations,it really is beautiful. Craig and his wife have gone above & beyond with these apartments,they are a credit to them. We have a passion for beaches,sunrises,seaglass & pottery so this location was absolutely perfect for us 😁 Thank you for a very enjoyable stay & of course the upgrade which was very much appreciated. We will certainly be returning and will recommend you to others,thank you so much 😊

Breathtaking view

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made the accommodation worth the spend just by that view. The host was very warm, friendly and approachable. There was no coffee or milk, she promptly provided this with no issues. The room itself was modern, immaculate and furnished well. Loved the large windows and outdoor seating area.

The blinds most definitely needed replaced, I feel they that they let the modernised room down and there was gaps which wasn't great for privacy at all. My partner had to put a chair up against the blind to ensure the gap was closed

Amazing views in a tranquil setting

The location is absolutely stunning. The view is amazing and incredibly peaceful. The decor is very modern. There is everything you could need for a trip away. We loved watching the morning sunrise in bed while drinking a cup of tea.

Beautiful View and Lovely Walking Path! We'd Stay Here Again!

Room location/view - Phenomenal view of the water and the free access to the beach was an added bonus. There's a very small castle tower ruin that's about a 3-5 minute walk down the path that runs along the waterfront. We saw seals sleeping on rocks, and there are a variety of birds to enjoy, too. The steps to the room and to the beach could be a bit tricky, and there is no elevator. Craig, the host, was very helpful and friendly, and he offered some dining options, some with an arranged discount. I have a lot of pictures, but I'm having trouble uploading them . . . sorry ~

I'm not sure this is something I didn't like, but the property is a house, and the guest rooms have been added to the backside of the house. Because I wasn't expecting this, it was a bit unsettling feeling unsure that I was at the correct location. While it was nice of Craig to provide dining options, they were emailed to me after we checked in. We were a bit busy getting settled, and we wanted to get a walk along the water in before it got dark, so we weren't paying attention to email communications. Thus we had a hard time finding a place to eat that served food after 6:00 p.m. It would have been nice to have this information a day or 2 prior to our scheduled check-in.

The property is well situated and very well thought out . I could not fault the hosts at all. We had an issue with the shower that was sorted within an hour and were given access to another. We made a mistake with our booking out and again the hosts were brilliant.

Not worth the money.

The location is good, has just the sound of sea water and plenty of walks.

The toilet was too noisy and seemed to be on like a washing machine every time some in the block of rooms used their toilet. The mattress is too thin and full of spring noises The fridge was noisy, the wifi didn't work along with the TV

The room is beautiful, with a stunning sea view, located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The host was truly kind and welcoming. The sea view is absolutely breathtaking! Perfect for its proximity to the airport and for a relaxing stay away from the city.

Perfect location, great views and facilities, very clean and comfortable. Friendly and courteous host.

No problems encountered, although the lock on the gate to the beach needs a bit of oil! It's very stiff.. 😉

Lovely wee stay

Myaelf and my son had a last min stay here and had a really lovely time. The owners very welcoming,friendly and informative about the local area ( told us were to go to find the seals and we did find them). Only tiny issue is the neighbours being VERY noisy until quite late, But given its the summer holidays this could be a one off and thats fair enough. Would definetly return and take advantage of the massage/sauna facilities that the place has to offer and hopefully be lucky enough to get a seaview room if booked enough in adavance
