Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for a fantastic holiday in Queenstown! It's halfway between downtown Queenstown (4km) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops, and the airport (4 km). Relax and soak in the gorgeous lake and mountain views.

The Space:
Spacious 3-bedroom lakefront home with sweeping views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. Set over three levels, it’s ideal for families or groups, with generous living spaces, two balconies, and easy access to town via the lakefront trail.

Located between downtown Queenstown and local supermarkets, you're a short stroll to Altitude Brewing, The Boatshed Café, and Fino Wine Bar.

Free Parking:
1 x allocated covered park in single car garage – SMALL passenger car only, no campervans or oversized vehicles
Additional outdoor parking for larger vehicles is available on-site, however, this parking is on a first come, first served basis and is NOT guaranteed.

STANDARD BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1- King Bed
Bedroom 2 - King bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 Single Beds

All beds can be split into 2 single beds or can be made into 1 king bed per bedroom. The configuration above is the default set up.
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Floor Plan is as follows:
This three story unit is accessed via the ground floor entrance with no steps to the property. The unit uses internal stairs to reach each level. There are approx. 12 steps between each level.
On the ground floor is the entrance and garage. Up on the second floor is the open plan kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. Up on the top floor are the three bedrooms, balcony, one shared bathroom and one ensuite bathroom.

The Neighborhood:
The Queenstown-Frankton lakefront walking trail is on your doorstep... only 50 metres away from your front door.
There is a bus stop 150 metres from your front door.
The airport and the Five Mile Shopping district are 4 km away.
Downtown Queenstown is 4 km away.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood, and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Getting Around:
The closest Orbus bus stop is about 150 metres away. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Very handy location between Frankton and Queenstown. A bit hard to get out on the main road if wanting to go to Frankton as the traffic is very busy. Parking could be an issue if you don’t have a small car that fits in the garage but it worked ok for us this time with our larger 4WD.Lovely spacious living area and beautiful views. WIFI was hopelessly slow though so we mostly used our own mobile data.Hosts were easy to contact, trusting and helpful. We did enjoy our stay.
