This was a great place to stay. The condo was fantastic and roomy. My kids loved it. The property manager was very pleasant to talk with. My only thing was the main bedroom mattress seemed a little saggy. But I am a big guy, so could just be me. Lol. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this unit. It is close to many of the attractions to the point of being able to see the fireworks and drones from Dollywood from the front of the building. It also allows easy access to Teaster road that acts as a bypass from the main strip saving a lot of time getting from one end to the other. There were some minor issues that any one who has rented a VRBO knows that any shared living space would have. Many of which are listed in the April review revolving around the master bath. Such as a broken towel holder, drawer face coming off the vanity and a toilet lid that was installed incorrectly so it does not stay open. The master shower also has a slow drip when turned off but not enough to be heard. Also, any one renting this will need to know this is a middle floor condo and you are at the mercy of anyone staying in the unit above you. We had a family of heavy footed toddlers who were training for a marathon but we were gone most of the time and they quieted down by bed time. Again, many of these issues were minor and some even out of the owner's realm of influence. I even told them not to worry about the issues while we were there. This space was exactly what we needed to be able to have a room for my two boys separate from the wife and I, and plenty of common space for breakfasts and internet to keep the boys occupied while we got ready for the day. Also, never an issue parking in the covered parking deck and there were luggage carts.

Was very impressed with the area. The condo was clean and everything was easy to find. Everyone enjoyed the stay and I would definitely recommend this property to others.
