The house was in a great location with easy access to everything in Pigeon Forge. The house was clean, enough room for the 8 of us including 2 infants, and communication and check in process was fantastic.

Good location and property very clean. Loved having all the bathrooms. Our family found the beds very firm and the pillows lacking but Marshall’s nearby and we just purchased several. Loved the hot tub, play area and having a washer and dryer. This is a good property for family groups.

There weren’t enough towels, bath cloths, or kitchen towels. The bed pillows were skinny and pitiful. They should be replaced. The shower caulking has separated and it allowed water to drip into the living room from the bathroom upstairs. This was reported but I’m not sure if anything was done. The shower curtain in the downstairs bath is filthy and needs to be replaced pronto.
