About this cabin rental
Welcome to Whispering Timbers! This cabin has 3 levels with beautiful views in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Located at the Golf View Resort, this cabin has everything you need for a perfect getaway! Even better, this cabin is only 8 miles from The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. You can also gaze at the Dollywood coasters from your private loft balcony, or hop on the trolley that will take you directly there for a small fee.
The space
Our cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, private gas grill, resort grill, an indoor and outdoor resort pool, and 2 private decks.

Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use. The starter supply consists of 4 rolls of paper towels (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs), toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), soap (2 per bathroom), shampoo (1 per bathroom), Keurig coffee maker (variety of options), dishwasher pods (2 pods), kitchen trash liners (4 in unit), washer pod (1 pod). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay.
Linens and towels are provided. Please use the BLACK washcloths for make-up removal.
Our kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your meals in the cabin or cooking outdoors on the gas grill. If you prefer to eat out, you are only minutes from several great area restaurants such as the famous Old Mill Restaurant, Reagan’s House of Pancakes, Alamo Steakhouse, The Pottery House Café, and Grille, Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen, Local Goat and so many more.
There is also a washer & dryer in the cabin for guests to use.
Guests are allowed two vehicles to be parked by the cabin. A third vehicle is welcome, but the guest would need to park farther away in the parking lot near the resort entrance/ Overflow parking.
ENTRY:
The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Your door code will be active from the time you check in until the time you check out.
Two parking spots are available:
1. In front of the cabin 839-1 on the cement (not the asphalt).
2. Next to the cabin in spot 839-2
NO PETS. There will be a $500 fee and you will be evicted without a refund if found with pet/s. The pet policy at the resort is strict
NO SMOKING in the cabin. A $500 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
NO TRAILERS ALLOWED at the resort. Trailers will be towed at the trailer owner’s expense.
All guests must be registered prior to arrival. If there are additional guests visiting, but not sleeping at the property, those people will need to be approved prior to arrival. No parties or events of any kind unless approved prior to arrival. If you break this rule, you will be immediately evicted without a refund.
+++REFUNDS will not be given due to weather conditions. In the winter months, you may have to drive in the snow or ice. You may need tire chains, 4WD, or AWD in bad conditions. Please plan accordingly and watch the weather updates.
+++REFUNDS will not be given in the event you encounter bugs. We have living creatures in the Smoky Mountains: brown recluse spiders, cockroaches, mosquitos, ants, gnats and mice. These might be seen inside or outside of the cabin.

Excellent communication from the hosts. They checked in periodically which is nice because I’m a little scatter brained. There was plenty of room for everyone. Multi level cabin with two kitchens/living areas. Both the cabin and hot tub were super clean and the kids loved it. The location is in close proximity to everything you’d want to do. A short drive to Dollywood. Overall a 10/10 stay. :)

We had a great stay! Loved the proximity to town, attractions and shopping. This cabin was equipped with everything we needed for our stay including a stocked kitchen to cook our holiday dinner. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy!! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful cabin in good location near Dollywood. However, there were several cleaning issues. Food particular under sheets, coffee ground on counter, drink strain on table and tub needed cleaning. So we had to clean the place to have a pleasant stay. The owner was a nice host and did address my concerns. We enjoyed our stay after cleaning.
