* A security deposit of 300.00 will not be charged at time of booking and will be placed as a hold until check-out
* We have a strict check-in 4:00 PM and check-out 10:00 AM policy because of the thorough cleaning process performed between guest stays.
* No parties or events are allowed
* No Pets are allowed, a special cleaning fee will be charged of $400 in order to clean for next guests and we may ask you to kindly leave without a refund.
* Hot tub use at your own risk, please research Hot Tub health concerns prior to usage.
* NO SMOKING, VAPING, or DRUG use inside cabin. An additional cleaning fee of $300 will be added if smoked inside cabin.
* Maximum guests allowed is 12. You will be kindly asked to leave without a refund if more than maximum allowed stays at the cabin.
* The driveway can handle up to 3 vehicles, additional parking may be available depending on occupancy of other cabins in the resort, but only 3 is guaranteed.
* Do not unplug electronics such as wifi/internet or TV entertainment components
* A security flood light/camera is located on front porch entry and rear of cabin for guest safety. Do not cover or tamper.
* No open fires such as candles or personal grills, $100 will be charged if any open fires are detected

We had a lovely stay. The place exceeded our expectations. The host was very prompt in fixing the only concern that we had during our trip. Our family will definitely be back.

Everything at the cabin was great! We were very impressed. So easy to check in and out. The owner was very available and so accommodating. The TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms wasn't working right. I let him know - and by the time we got back from Dollywood, he had a new tv there and all set up. Great having enough beds to accommodate 9 of us. Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Cabin is very clean and decorated very nicely.

We chose this rental because it was newer and the location was great and it had a pool. The pool was very small and uninviting. The unit appears to be updated and clean, but on night one we found cockroaches in the upstairs bathrooms/bedrooms. Day 2, we spotted them in the kitchen. Stan was responsive and sent out someone to spray. My husband stayed behind to wait for the exterminator which did not spray but set out traps for fear of stirring up the roaches all over the cabin. He pulled out the appliances and showed how dirty the area was and pointed out that the cleaners did not do the best job cleaning the units. We did witness how fast the cleaning crews cleaned other units. Maybe they are swamped and don’t have the time to spend, but for the money we paid to stay at this unit, we expected better.
