Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.
Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.
Located in highly desirable Building One - closest to the beach access - you are ready to to just walk across the street to the warm sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Loved the facility and condo. Just right for one with some company staying here and there a few nights. The description seemed to say there was laundry in the condo so I was disappointed there wasn't. The management was extremely responsive. The north elevator was intermittently operational and that seemed to be a repeating problem according to permanent residents. Altogether a wonderful stay and would repeat next year in a condo with laundry. management was extremely responsive.

Overall our stay was fine. I few issues that weren't so great... When we arrived the hot water was not turned. It took us until the next day to get this resolved. We also could not turn the main light in the apartment off so the best we could do was drop towels over it. Management co tried to help here but couldn't. Small things that I think should be standard.. Please have at least 1 days worth of coffee on hand, two beach chairs and salt and pepper. Small asks but goes a long way.Also, there was horrible construction going on. thank god we has business out of the apartment during the day. it would have been impossible to do zoom calls even with all doors and Windows closed.

The Vrbo add was deceiving, with a picture implying that the room had sunset views. It is the furthest thing from that. That fact and the worn/paint peeling entry door gave us an indication of what we had rented. Interior condition was okay at best, TV was not setup properly, couch was old and uncomfortable to set in. The other items were okay
