Walk across the street to the warm Gulf waters, spend the day sunbathing, swimming, or jet skiing, then grab a beachside lunch at Doc's Restaurant just next door. With a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa, this studio comfortably hosts up to 4 guests with everything you need for a seamless Florida escape.
Located in Building 1 — the closest tower to the beach access crossing — convenience is built right in from the start.
On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
THE SPACE
Over 500 square feet of open-concept studio space flows easily from the kitchen through the dining, living, and sleeping areas, with a full bathroom and walk-in closet rounding out the layout.
The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, a wall-mounted TV with cable viewable from both the living room and the sleeping area, and large sliding glass doors that open onto a fully screened balcony — the perfect spot to catch the Gulf breeze and unwind after a day at the beach.
The sleeping area offers a king-size bed with a ceiling fan for added comfort, keeping the space cool and breezy throughout your stay.
The kitchen is a genuine highlight — granite countertops, full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and a full complement of kitchen tools and small appliances make everything from morning coffee to a full dinner effortless. A dining table completes the space for easy meals in.
The bathroom features an oversized walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet gives everyone room to settle in properly.

We've stayed in this condo complex many times in many different units. This one was exactly as advertised. We particularly liked the rental agent (Florida Coastal Vacations) and iTrip service.

Loved the facility and condo. Just right for one with some company staying here and there a few nights. The description seemed to say there was laundry in the condo so I was disappointed there wasn't. The management was extremely responsive. The north elevator was intermittently operational and that seemed to be a repeating problem according to permanent residents. Altogether a wonderful stay and would repeat next year in a condo with laundry. management was extremely responsive.

Overall our stay was fine. I few issues that weren't so great... When we arrived the hot water was not turned. It took us until the next day to get this resolved. We also could not turn the main light in the apartment off so the best we could do was drop towels over it. Management co tried to help here but couldn't. Small things that I think should be standard.. Please have at least 1 days worth of coffee on hand, two beach chairs and salt and pepper. Small asks but goes a long way.Also, there was horrible construction going on. thank god we has business out of the apartment during the day. it would have been impossible to do zoom calls even with all doors and Windows closed.

The Vrbo add was deceiving, with a picture implying that the room had sunset views. It is the furthest thing from that. That fact and the worn/paint peeling entry door gave us an indication of what we had rented. Interior condition was okay at best, TV was not setup properly, couch was old and uncomfortable to set in. The other items were okay
