Just renovated. 1 king bed, 1 futon, and 2 queen beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Decks off bedrooms and enclosed deck of kitchen. Walk to private bay beach and then enjoy the outside shower. Pet friendly. 5 minute drive to beach in Ship Bottom. One bedroom is located on the first floor with living room, laundry room, full bathroom and gorgeous enclosed deck off the kitchen. Second level hosts beautiful full bath and two large bedrooms. one king size bedroom with futon and deck access. Additional bedroom hosts queen bed with desk and chair . wifi and air conditioning and dog friendly!

Great little place to stay! We were there for the LBi chowder cook off which never disappoints! Had a few issues upon arrival but the host took care of everything in a very timely manner

Great property on the water. Nice back decks to relax on. Easy to launch our Kayaks into the water from the bulkhead deck.

The house was for a girls weekend trip for the wife and her family. They said that the house was nice but the cleanliness of the house could have used some attention to detail. The bathrooms had hair in the shower and the shower floors looked like they were not clean. The kitchen counter were sticky. The host was very prompt on communication and very clear on what was expected.
