2022 new construction, everything new. 3 houses from the beach, clean, walk to everything you need.
Reverse living, 3 bedrooms and full bath on 1st floor, balcony/deck, living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath on 2nd floor.
Balcony/deck with ocean view. Private outdoor shower and grill. Short walk to several restaurants (burgers, breakfast, seafood, pizza, ice cream), liquor store, mini golf, candy shop, shops and coffee.

Great place to stay! Stayed here with my family while down in LBI for a wedding. House was nice and clean with a great location, steps away from the beach. Perfect for a long weekend.

This cottage is clean, bright, modern, airy, with reverse living so you have a view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony! Three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and cozy living room. Best of all, a few short steps to the ocean - the best! Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!
