Only half block to many of the locals favorite bay activities at Ship Bottom’s Municipal Bay Park. Launch the 2 provided kayaks to paddle as the sun sets over Barnegat Bay. Bring your fishing pool and try your luck at the large bay dock. Walk your family and your beach chairs down the street to a live outdoor summer concert every Thursday night.
First dog will pay full pet fee ($300) additional dogs will be charged 50%

For a site unseen rental I was happy. Plenty of bedrooms. Place had just about everything you could want including a nice backyard. We have young kids so being close to the bay beach and playground was great. The thursday free concert was a 3 minute walk. Beach was a bit of a walk but was totally doable.
There were some things holding back from 5 star. It didn't seem as though it was cleaned in entirety before we checked in (kitchen was immaculate but the bathroom shower curtains were moldy and the floors were not done well). The grill didn't work/wasn't clean. A drawer kept falling apart and needed some wood glue. There were some ants when we got there but 1 bait took care of that in 1 day. These are minor things in my opinion. I would still give overall 4 stars out of 5.

Was delayed getting in due to excessive garbage and cleaning from previous tenant. Also beach pass was missing. However when the dryer broke, the problem was handled immediately .
