Location was perfect! Clean! Size was great, laundry within apartment was convenient for refresh during long euro vacation.
Asked for a 12pm check out (rather than 11am) 3 days prior, again 1 day prior, and again on day of departure as they asked us too. Each time we received the same generic possibly AI answer that said they would look into it and get back to us. They never did get back to us.

This apartment's location exceeded our expectations as we loved how easy it was to get around and see the sights of Barcelona. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom is quite large and quiet. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby as well.
The reviews we read about the difficulty entering the building were correct. The software app used to access just doesn't work properly (we only used the keys that were in the apartment after that). Once another apartment manager around the corner got us into the building, we discovered the apartment had not been cleaned and was not ready for us. That was a bit frustrating but the host did get that taken care of and so it was ready for us after a couple of hours waiting at a nearby cafe.
