Read the fine print!
The owner was nice. But the company the runs the property was not.
The description of the property is misleading. While it claims to be “on the beach,” it’s actually located directly across from an industrial harbor — which seems to be what’s referred to as “the beach.” The area felt rather run-down, and the sidewalks were dirty, often with dog mess. Finding a parking spot nearby was a challenge; we ended up parking nearly a kilometer away. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. The front door to the building is never locked, meaning anyone can walk in at any time. The balcony is very small and not really usable. As a frequent traveler and regular user of booking platforms, this was unfortunately my worst experience to date. We left after just one night (no refund) and moved to a different apartment. I would not recommend staying here. When we raised our concerns, we were simply told that “everything is in the fine print” — which, in our opinion, does not excuse the misleading presentation of the flat.

3 nap 2 éjszakát töltöttünk itt egy barátommal. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, a vasútállomás 2 perc séta és onnan fél óra alatt ki lehet érni a reptérre. Több bolt is található pár perc sétára, valamint egy kis utazással gyönyörű partszakaszokat lehet találni. Tiszta volt a szállásunk, a szállásadóval nagyon könnyű volt a kommunikáció, pár percen belül válaszolt minden felmerülő kérdésemre és mindennel kapcsolatban részletes tájékoztatást adott. A szállás nagyon igényes, tiszta és csendes. Köszönjük, jövünk vissza máskor is!
Az egyetlen negatívuma a szállásnak, hogy nincsen lift és az 5.emeleten van.

Gute Lage für Ausflüge in Ligurien
Die drei Schlafräume sind großzügig geschnitten, sehr hohe Decken, viel Stauraum, Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer individuell einstellbar. Parken konnten wir immer an der direkten Straße oder der Parallelstraße beim Bahnhof. Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus, alle 10 min fährt ein klimatisierter Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entweder die Seitenstraße hoch (Bäckerei die wir total empfehlen können, Metzgerei, kleiner Supermarkt) oder ca. 10min einen großen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Man beachte hier aber die 5 Etagen ohne Aufzug - haben lieber mehrmals kleine Einkäufe erledigt... Der Strand ist auch nur knapp 10 min entfernt und sehr schön - auch abends. Mehrere Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung oder Lieferservice (liegt im Appartment aus). Die Wohnung hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir waren meist mit dem Auto unterwegs. Den Hafen merkt man kaum. Balkon ist zu zweit gut und ausreichend, zu viert leider nicht nutzbar. Der Gasherd ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten aber alles vorhanden, was man in einer Küche so braucht. Federico ist immer erreichbar bei Fragen und reagiert innerhalb von 30 min. Check-in verlief reibungslos mit Code und anschließender Karte.
Bei der Ankunft waren die Betten leider nicht sauber bezogen. Federico hat aber sofort reagiert und es konnte behoben werden. Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn über und neben sich. Der Verkehrslärm ist ebenfalls hoch, da direkt unter der Wohnung eine Ampel ist und vor allem die Roller voll aufdrehen...das nahe liegende Krankenhaus bemerkt man leider auch, die Notfallfahrzeuge fahren sehr häufig mit Sirene vorbei. Man gewöhnt sich zwar etwas daran, aber dies ist doch zu beachten...
