The hotel is just inside the old town so easy to get around the tourist parts of Tallinn. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were amazing and had very old style charm.
Unfortunately the breakfast room was being renovated when we stayed.

Very historical and well maintained building! Room was spacious and bright. Amazing breakfast and quiet!
There was some wear and tear in the bathroom.

Lovely central old city access. Steeped in history.
Breakfast was more expensive than early morning travellers would enjoy. A lighter less costly morning meal would be better. Loved our garden room and terrace.

Good location in the old city
Staff except for Emelie at reception are not very welcoming. Breakfast staff chat all the time, one even drank coffee while chatting. It just seems that the hotel is not professionally managed. Cannot imagine that staff get training on a continuous basis. The room was large, but no luggage bench. Could be laid out better. Internet was very weak.
