    Wuold be great if they have AC and kettle in the room. Rather than that is perfect.

    We booked a triple bed room with breakfast through Agoda for our family for one night. The price was $162 and was the cheapest across the popular booking sites on that day. The hotel is located right at the edge of the old town and it is convenient to commute to and from the harbour. The room was clean, the staff behavior was good. A major issue of this hotel is the room facilities. First, though it was clearly mentioned in the booking site that the room has city view, what we found that the room was in the basement with a small window near to the roof. One can only view some tree branches outside. On pointing out, the staff at reception informed that Agoda is not their official booking partner, so no idea what they have mentioned in the website. There was no intercom in the room and we had to walk up to the reception for any communication. No tea, coffees etc. in the room. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food items. However considering the price, the hotel can be best summarized as a moderate hotel with exorbitant pricing.

    The hotel is gorgeous and exceptionally clean with great staff. The location is also perfect. The breakfast has good choices and the dining area is really lovely. It’s very modern and up to date in the rooms! The only downside for us is the room was far too small and if we stayed again we would have to get a bigger room! I also like a comfy chair in my room because I have a bad back and there was only an upright chair! Sometimes there are chair lobbies to sit in but that’s not the case in this hotel! Great value for money though!
