    The room was okay. The breakfast could have been better.

    The staff in the lobby were very attentive and polite. Regarding the room, the walls were very thin, so you could hear the people in the next room talking. Breakfast, compared to other hotels, wasn't exceptionally good, but not terrible either. In the evening, I ordered food at the hotel restaurant, and the staff seemed inattentive. I had to walk to the bar to order (normally, staff come to the table to take orders, right?), and the food took a very long time to arrive.

    Read in few reviews that the hotel rooms are old, but I stayed in 16th floor and it was brand new renovated room. Pool and sauna is one of the best I have seen so far in my entire 45 days of Europe trip. Spa is available too at a minimum cost. They put an extra bed for my daughter in the room too. Room has a coffee maker along with hot water kettle. Radisson blue hotels are very good in the entire Nordic countries we have stayed so far.

    For a Radisson hotel line it is a very not good one. It hasn't been renovated since 1960, I have a feeling. Besides being not modern, the facilities that this hotel was booked for were not working ( swimming pool and conditioning) Young stuff is more stressed than helpful. For the hotels that big and "that class" the stuff has to be experienced and well trained. We wanted to check if something changed in 10 years with Radisson hotels - nope.
