Stan je presladak, besprekorno čist i veoma lepo uređen, sa mnogo ukusa. Ima sve što je potrebno, ne samo za vikend već i za duži boravak. Lokacija je odlična, vrlo blizu centra, pa je sve lako dostupno. Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i predusretljiva, a oko svega smo se lako i brzo dogovorile. Topla preporuka svima koji planiraju posetu Nišu!
Samo kao korisna napomena za buduće goste: stan se nalazi na drugom spratu u zgradi bez lifta, što može biti važno osobama kojima stepenice predstavljaju izazov. Ipak, stepenište je dosta kraće nego u većini zgrada, a sama zgrada je starija, ali lepo održavana. Meni lično to nije predstavljalo nikakav problem niti je umanjilo veoma prijatan utisak o boravku.

Apartman je čist, prostran, odlično uređen i opremljen na odličnoj lokaciji. Dočekala su nas dva piva u frižideru, opremljen je kafom i čajevima.
