Small apartment but its actually lovely and has all you need. The host is very nice and very welcoming. I would definetly stay here again!

No breakfast. The location is close to the city center. The price is quite inviting. The owner paid for my parking.
The sleeping room is so tiny, hard to get into bed. The bathroom is not very clean.

I liked the tiny apartment that was equipped with everything we needed, the kitchen, the bath with towels, hairdryer... Most of all I liked that it was close to the venue where we supposed to go for a concert and the bus station. Also there are plenty of coffie shops and food places around to eat. The host Igor was very kind, he did welcomed us at the property, showed us everything around and there are plenty of information leaflets about Nis at the property.
There is nothing that I didn't like.

- Close to city center and river - Many cable tv channels - Separate living and bed room, which was nice - A/C was good - WIFI was good - Almost fully equipped kitchen
- Not possible to make the room dark, as the curtains are very thin. Woke up when the sun came in the morning - Very noisy building. Easy to hear when someone on the entrance/stairs - No kettle for boiling water for tea, so it took very long time to make tea
