We struggled with Iron their iron was not functional and we had to buy our own dishwasher liquid because it wasn’t available

Excellent location and property facilities were good. The lady cleaning the house was great.
There was a major electrical failure followed by solar system running out of power and a generator not working. Support was being offered only on my follow up from East London, an hour drive away. A local representative and better communication would have been appreciated. I had booked the accommodation to spend time with family and not to run around trying to make the accommodation we had paid for work. We, as a result left a day early and I await a partial refund.
