The stay had some positive aspects, especially regarding cleanliness. The apartment was clean, as were the bed linens, which contributed to a good first impression.

There were several negative aspects that impacted the experience. The hot water for the shower was insufficient—only one person could shower at a time, and it was necessary to wait quite a while for the water to heat up again for the other guests. In addition, the apartment had humidity issues and mold stains around the heater in the bedroom, which was actually turned off. We also identified a water leak underneath the toilet. Another significant problem was the electrical system: when using the hair dryer and the water heater for the shower at the same time, the power would go out, causing inconvenience during the stay. Although the property had a kitchen and utensils, basic items such as a sponge, dish soap, and dish towel were not provided. When we asked the owner about this, the response was very unsatisfactory, with the justification that, since it is a tourist accommodation, these items are not provided—which is somewhat inconsistent, given that the kitchen is available for use. Finally, communication with the owner was very poor. In situations where we sought assistance, she was rude and passive-aggressive, as can also be seen in her responses to negative reviews here on Booking.
