La piscine , l’emplacement , la terrasse .

Domage que la lumiere de la terrasse et piscine ne fonctionnais pas .. et le vis a vis de la cuisine vers le hall du batiment mais sinon parfait

Manque de transats sur la terrasse (1 des 2 présents n’était plus fonctionnel) et le sèche linge ne marchait pas

L’appartement était parfait, plus grand qu’il ne le paraissait sur les photos. Très bien équipé, et confortable nous avons passés un très bon séjour nous aurions aimés rester plus longtemps.

The apartment is very spacious with good kitchen facilities, large bathrooms for each bedroom, comfortable beds and a roof terrace with pool. It is located in a safe area with security on the main entrance. There is plenty of parking. The apartments are built amongst trees giving a shady and relaxing feeling. The information about lock box access was clear and the apartment was easy to find.

The apartment should have been absolutely lovely but it wasn't. It needs better local management, improved maintenance and a general upgrade. Frustratingly, no information is provided to residents about issues such as how to turn on the hot water (it was off when we arrived), where garbage should be taken to be collected, or the location of local shops / cafes. The batteries needed replacing in all the air-conditioning controls and the TV remote. The kitchen equipment was adequate but not over impressive and we had to ask for more cutlery. The rooms were clean but the decor is tired and there is a large unpleasant stain from (presumably) a water leak on the wall in one of the bedrooms. The window mesh screens need a clean and a couple of the window opener handles are stuck or broken. There are no blinds on the very large window in the kitchen and dining area which takes direct afternoon sun and can get very hot without continuous aircon. The rooftop deck was dirty and uninviting with accumulated leaves which had not been swept and were blocking the drain. Several of the plants in pots were dead. The sunbeds are very old, the wooden frames cannot be adjusted and one of the mattresses was ripped. Overall there was a general impression of a lack of interest in the quality of the apartment. The space and location are great but investment is needed in the care and maintenance of the property although the owner was very responsive to my complaints and some of the issues were addressed during our stay. The photos on the site do not reflect the current situation.
