RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD A BIKE RIDE TO THE BEACH: Aldea Zama is a gated development surrounded by the purest tropical jungle, letting you experience a close encounter with nature. You are just a few minutes from the turquoise waters and white sand beaches. You will be greeted with a smile from your friendly concierge as you enter this charming and beautiful condo featuring all custom built furniture made with local hardwoods hand crafted by local Mayan carpenters.
This 2 bedroom condo has 3 twin beds (one trundle bed hides under one of the beds) in one room and a king bed in the other, each with their own private baths. The rooms have room-darkening shades, AC and ceiling fans. You have an extra half bath. You'll have your own private balcony, in-unit laundry and complementary fiber optic Wi-Fi. This colorful condo is well-stocked with all the comforts of home to make this a vacation you will never forget. Great for 2 couples or a family of up to 5.
The condo complex features an infinity rooftop (shared) pool with a common bar area and comfortable lounge area for you to relax and meet your neighbors while enjoying a beverage and watching the sun set over the jungle. Bring your beverages, your blender and speaker or book!
The unit is equipped with electricity only, no gas. The unit is protected by carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

This was our first visit to Mexico and had lot of questions. I did what most people do, read lots of websites and collected information, but still there were lot of questions. Kim made our trip very comfortable and gave a lot of information that made preparation for trip a breeze.
When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by the property manager, and he walked us through the apartment. Anytime I had questions about apartments or activities a simple message to Kim or property manager would do, rest assured I will get information I was looking for.
The apartment is well-appointed with modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a coffee maker, toaster, and a selection of pots and pans. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a two flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. We were four of us and the apartment was perfect.
The apartment is very close to public and private beaches, beach side and Mayan ruins. That is on the places to visit, when it comes to food it is close to a lot of restaurants with a variety of options to eat. Very close to Chedraui (google for full list). Right outside the apartment is the taxi stand (for people who do not want to drive, but we rented a car to drive). The apartment is very close to a bus stop that can take you back and forth to the airport and different attractions.

We had a great time visiting Tulum and our stay at Kasa Kai! The condo was the perfect location, very clean and well laid-out for our girl’s weekend! The rooftop pool was so nice to relax in. When we wanted to go to dinner or the beach, it was easy to grab a cab from our location. We also really enjoyed the coffee shop just downstairs for breakfast! Overall, loved our trip and accommodations!

I should note that we visited Kim's place as a family of 5 in the midst of the crazy holiday season in Tulum!! Regardless, everything fell into plan yet we advise contacting Kim direct on any logistic questions. She is amazingly supportive and helpful and we could not have asked for a better team than Tudor and Julian throughout the week.
Tulum is a special place, recommend to not rent a car, rent bikes and hire guides. The beach and town are very close and everything is an adventure. There's a little pharmacy, bakery and small food shop around the corner from the apartment.
Highly recommend and happy new year.
