About this apartment rental

Sit back, relax and enjoy the “Eco chic" lifestyle in beautiful Tulum in the comfort of this fully equipped condo!

This is a conveniently located, easily accessible ground floor 1 bedroom unit (no stairs) that has a scenic view of the pool area from the front patio. There is 24 hour security and it's in the perfect location within`the upscale Aldea Zama development. These condos are currently the closest condos to the beach!

The unit itself is well equipped with all you may need for a very comfortable "home like" experience. You will truly feel at home.

This spacious and bright one bedroom/one bathroom condo comes with plenty of closet space and a king size bed. The bathroom can be accessed from both bedroom and living room for your convenience.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit if you should require one.

Unit can be rented to families with small children for a total of 4 guests. There are 2 extra bed supplied with the unit if necessary, or you can use foldable sofa in the living room as an extra bed. Also, we have a high chair and a baby crib for the smallest ones!!

Guest Access:
The pool and the palapa are great areas to relax and read a book. There is private backyard outdoor space with hammocks. While you're out there feel free to use the Weber Gas BBQ grill to cook up your favorite meal.
The front patio overlooks the pool and is nicely decorated with a four seat table and plants with plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee!

Interaction With Guests:
As you book with us you have your personal concierge, to help you plan the trip, help you book the transportation, restaurants, and tours, give you tips etc. So just let us via Whatsapp know if you need any information and tips.We are available for you as much as you need us. We will always welcome you when you check in and will recommend you a nice list of things to see and do.

The Neighborhood:
Aldea Zama is the closest residential area to the world ranked beaches in Tulum.
You will be situated perfectly between the beach and the center of town! There is a Chedraui super store within walking distance for any food items or necessities that you may need. From the recliner sofa, to the super comfy memory foam bed and everything in between, this unit has been thoughtfully furnished and appointed with your comfort in mind!
This gives you the added benefit of being able to stay within bicycle riding distance from the beach, but with all the modern conveniences of brand new building!
24 hour security is an added bonus to a traveler that is looking for piece of mind.

Getting Around:
Cycling is Tulum's most popular way of getting around, but you will also get the phone numbers for a few cab drivers that can assist with special transportation, should you need to go at a time when cycling is not an option. We are glad to help you with renting a good bikes!

Other Things To Note:
CHECK IN 4PM - CHECK OUT 11AM
There is additional electricity charge that is calculated by the KW usage after your stay. It is not much, roughly $3 pesos per KW, and it is intended to make you remember to turn off the A/C when you are NOT there, not really to discourage you from using it.

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed at! It was beautiful and so clean. We were able to move about Tulum easily. If I can give one point of feedback...there are no washcloths. I had to go buy some to wash my face. I left them there for future people! Also, be somewhat cautious about using a card at restaurants, etc. We had a fraudulent charge. Of Course, this has nothing to do with the property!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the privacy of the back patio and even made dinner on the propane grill. The bed was large and very comfortable! The only criticism I have is that the coffee maker is an espresso machine. It takes more effort to make multiple cups of coffee. We did lose power for a night, the property manager was quick to respond! Not much that could be done about that. The location was perfect! It wasn’t too far into aldea zama, so getting to the beach was quick! We loved the new breakfast cafe Rosalia that was right up the street. We would definitely stay here again!

I think your stay here depends on your expectations. Pros: beautifully decorated and gorgeous art, comfortable bed, quick response from hosts, close to beach with bike or scooter, lovely neighbours and a very well kept complex. The pool area was immaculate! Cons: NOISY! There was so much traffic and construction noise that it made it impossible to use the private patio area because it backs directly onto a main road. We couldn’t leave the screens open at night due to the noise so we needed to put the air conditioner on in our room overnight. Given that there is an additional charge for electricity, this was very frustrating. We had to sleep with earplugs because the noise was non stop. I understand you can’t control traffic or construction but people should still know what to expect given the stay isn’t free. You can hear everything even sitting around the pool. We left our holiday exhausted from such poor sleeps due to noise. We also would not recommend the car service provided through the hosts. After talking with locals we befriended at our complex, we were advised the price was way too expensive and it was). I would definitely source out another option. We were not even dropped off at our condo unit and just in the neighbourhood when we arrived and had to drag our luggage around trying to find our place. We were only left one garbage bag for our two week stay. We messaged the hosts and they said they would drop some off but it took 3 days for this to happen. At this point we already had to buy some ourselves. There were air fresheners everywhere. When we arrived we were immediately met with the overwhelming smell of chemical fragrance. We had to hunt down all the glade plug ins and hidden air fresheners throughout the unit and remove them for our stay (we put them back before we left). Even the towels and sheets had such a strong scent we had to wash everything on our second day because it was so overwhelming. We never asked or mentioned fragrance to the hosts before arriving so we can’t fault anyone but if you don’t enjoy or are sensitive to chemical fragrance, I would mention it before your stay. Typically is hospitality, no fragrance is used at all so it didn’t occur to us to ask. Lesson learned. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Could it work for some? Absolutely. Did it work for us? No.
