Perfect stay in Nis

I flew to Serbia to visit my boyfriend and stayed at the Andreas Lux Apartment in Niš and it was such a great experience! The communication with the host was excellent; they were super nice, responsive, and very accommodating. They even came by to change the bedding during my stay, which I really appreciated. The apartment had everything I needed a cozy private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, and even parking, which was a big plus. There’s also a store conveniently located right downstairs. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, a great stay! I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here again.

Perfect

We liked everything, first of all the kindness and hospitality of the owners. Milos is a very kind man, as is his wife, Zoka. Also, the apartment is super modern, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The bed are very comfortable. It also has underground parking. Supermarket in the basement of the building. Exceptional price-quality ratio. We will definitely come back and I will recommend this apartment to all my friends.

Хозяин квартиры очень милый человек! Очень отзывчивый и готов всегда помочь и подсказать что и где находится. Оценка 10 очень маленькая для его гостеприимства. У нас заболел ребенок и мы спросили его подсказать лабораторию где можно сделать анализ крови. Он приехал на своей машине,отвез в лабораторию,в аптеку и потом обратно домой! Квартира очень хорошо оборудована,есть абсолютно все что вам необходимо. Чисто,уютно как дома. Утром на балконе можно наслаждаться кофейком. Собственное парковочное место в подземном гараже. Продовольственный магазин прямо на углу дома,выходите из квартиры и через одну минуту вы там. Мы сюда обязательно вернемся. Спасибо вам большое!

Stan je potpuno nov, izuzetno čist i moderno uređen. Sve je bilo savršeno – od udobnog kreveta do kompletno opremljene kuhinje. Lokacija odlična i mirna, idealna za odmor.

Чудові апартаменти на одну ніч!

Відпочивали сім'єю. В Ніші були транзитом на одну ніч. Власниця дуже привітно зустріла нас, англомовна. Показала найближчі супермаркети і інше. Апартаменти розташовані в новобудові з критим паркінгом. Все нове, світле. Є всі зручності (пралка, фен, посуд для приготування їжі).. Особливо зручно, що є крита парковка з легким доступом до авто одразу з квартири. Оптимальне співвідношення ціна/якість.

Немає того, що б не сподобалось.
