Everything was ok, especially the Spa Center was super!!!

Hotel only for one night.

My visit was in Winter time, The hotel was empty and we got the smallest room.

Very small room, with very poor breakfast. We were the only guests, but breakfast was a joke.

It is a good value for the money, but there are things that could be better.

The staff was very friendly and the building is nice.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable except the floor - it looked a bit dirty. The bed also wasn’t very convenient. I didn’t expect to pay separately to use the spa but maybe I haven’t read carefully the description.

Great overnight stay with the family

Amazing service, we came in early (the traffic was favorable to us!) and they were able to accommodate early arrival. The room was great. The swimming pool exceeded expectations. Our kids loved it and it “saved us” in +42C including coffee, ice cream and more! They helped us find a restaurant for the evening and called a taxi. We were really very well taken care of!

Nice hotel with touch-ups needed

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Parking in front of the hotel. Big balcony and nice size bathroom. Comfortable beds. Spa area looks very clean and nice, but did not try it.

Carpet needs to be changed, with lots of stains and doesn't make you feel comfortable. Smell of the room too strong despite the fact that it was a nice smell, but far too strong. Breakfast very basic and simple.

Everything was great, the Spa is beyond expectations even tho it is not included in the price, it is very clean, very comfortable, you can have privacy when using the spa facilities, you’re either alone or with very few people, it is not crowded and that is very nice. The room was clean, a little small and overpriced for my taste, but overall I loved it here, will be coming back.

Free parking in front of the property. Very friendly personal welcome. Organization of a small dinner in the room via a delivery service. The beds were narrow but very comfortable! Since we were only passing through for one night, we couldn't use the full service. We'll do that again next time.

If anything, then only the narrow single beds. We have stayed in many hotels on our travels in the Balkans, but we have never been greeted so friendly and slept so well!

Disappointing, and not really a hotel.

Very nice personel. The guys at the reception was very nice. Nice small pool.

The room was not very clean. It is not a hotel but more a kind of spa place, just with some rooms. A couple og parkingspaces in front of the hotel. No restaurant and no breakfast. A bit far from the city center. The hotel is not worth the price!

Realxing Oasis

The rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, even the smallest details were taken into account, everything is subordinated to comfort and a good atmosphere. The room I stayed in, had a spacious bathroom with a double spa bath. The time spent in the spa center was pleasant and relaxing and brightened up my short business trip. Surely coming back!

В банята допълнително четки за зъби,самобръсначка с крем. Ползвахме масаж 45мин. много добър, страхотен релакс. Хиляди благодарности от цялата група за топлото посрещане в хотела, за предложения ресторант с жива музика и двете вечери и не на последно място вкустната храна. Благодарим !!!
