The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and utensils.
It was nicely decorated and was very clean.
The flat is on the second floor, and one part of the shared stairway doesn't have a handrail (on the left when going down the stairs). We had a 69 year old in our party, and we had to assist her to make sure she didn't fall.

The apartment was spacious and as a big group we were very comfortable. Great location, close to transportation stops and easily accessible. Lovely neighborhood, lovely neighbors.
Is located on the second floor with no elevators (would have been good to know beforehand as we were travelling with small kids). Landlord not responsive (contacted the landlord for some necessary missing kitchen equipment at the beginning of our stay, followed up a few days later but till we left nothing came and not even a message)

A lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location, not too far out of central London.
Everything was very clean and quite well decorated.
Nice easy check in process with good instructions about where to find keys etc. Well equipped kitchen facilities.
There wasn't really anything that we didn't like.

The location was great and it was easy to access local transport.
We arrived at the location 10 mins after our allocated check in time and our lock box did not contain a key as the cleaners were still in the apartment. We had to wait outside the property for 25 minutes. I then had to ring our contact to get in touch with the cleaners to let us in. After finally gaining access the cleaners carried on for another 30 minutes.
One of the bedrooms had really bad damp/mould right above a bed.
The communal carpet leading up to the flat is absolutely disgusting.
