Perfect location for my visit.
The wifi was linked to a'Three' account so I was unable to access it. I had to use an EE hotspot - which, in fairness, worked really well.

Excellent location for exploring London and visiting Wembley Stadium. Really close to the station and the Jubilee line which we needed (takes you to Wembley and also into London to explore the sights, without the need to switch lines).
Free parking on the road outside at the weekend, and there is also on site parking at a small additional charge.
The owner was very helpful and communicated well.
There were a few cleaning issues... stained towels, bedding looked unwashed and there were faeces stains in the toilet.
The bedroom window (fire exit) didn't open (seemed stuck, maybe swollen in the heat).
These tiny things didn't spoil our stay, and I would definitely book again.

Very modern and clean. Enough space for 4 people, very spacious bathroom. The fan was nice as it was warm due to it being summer. Handy facilities such as iron and basic kitchen appliances. 5 minute walk to Kilburn station to help travel in and out of central London was easy and quick.
Trouble setting up the wifi. Everything else was perfectly fine

It was clean. Plenty of space. Well equipped Great location 5 minutes walk from Kilburn station which takes you to the Jubilee Underground line. We were there for 3 concerts so could easily get to the O2 and the olympa without having to change lines. Also Buckingham Palace and all the London attractions easily
The beds were very uncomfortable. We did ask the host for mattress toppers which weren't supplied.
The springs on the main bed could be felt and stuck into you and the bar on the mattress on the bed sofa could be felt through the mattress.
We used the spare duvets to try and make the beds more comfortable.
This wouldn't work in the winter month's though as you would need them to keep you warm for sleeping
