The service by Walid and his other associates, the breakfast with Moroccan tea which is extremely comforting and my last breakfast which they know what i like, and Walid even fetched me from the Riad to the bugger streets on my last day. His service was excellent and he was very kind and accommodating more than just a guest server (Appreciated lots from him), the interior of my room was cozy and nice for a peaceful stay. Other associates were kind and even helped me navigate payments and gave good advice and other places to visit in Moroccan cities.
Although the street was abit inconvenient and i have to walk more along the narrow alleys to reach, all is still good.

La possibilite de louer tout le Riad (3 chambres) pour les 6 membres de la famille ; la gentillesse du personnel; et de la proprietaire qui guidait a distance (mon mari s'etait aventure en voiture dans la Medina: bad idea:-)
Rien. Pour dire quelque chose: arrivee apd de 15h uniquement (coquille sur booking); ce sont des lits doubles

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thanks to Walid for his outstanding hospitality. He was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions and help with anything we needed. His service made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
