Riad GUENAOUA Jacuzzi & Rooftop

La tranquilidad y el silencio.

The ambience, location and hospitality provided by staff was exceptional! Hamid & Maroune truly made my stay a very positive and memorable one!

Outstanding customer service. A great stay mainly due to the friendly and incredibly helpful manager, Walid. We arrived very late in the night to check in and Walid was very kind and went out of his way to settle us in and to then walk with us to find a safe car park to lock our hired car in for the night, which was a concern for us. Walid is an outstanding young man. The other staff were also helpful and friendly, unfortunately we didn't get any of their names. We thank them all for their attention.

Room was a bit small and dimly lit.

We stayed here for 3 nights and Walid (the host) made sure we had absolutely everything we needed . He organised taxis, excursions, printed our travel documents and generally checked in about our days out etc. He would walk us to meeting points for transfers etc. There were lots of bakery items at breakfast, we were greeted with tea and sweet snacks. The location was fantastic for exploring the souks and l’Mida a restaurant which was really close we would highly recommend. The service offered here is great - absolutely there if you need it but not intrusive.Thank you Walid

Only a tiny high up window in the room . Shower curtain for bathroom door.
