Widok i klima.
Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Zarówno za meblami jak i w szufladach. Brak piekarnika - jest mikrofala z grilem. Brak zmywarki przekłada się na czystość sztućcy i kubków. 4 piętro bez windy plus parter - gdy już ci się wydaje, że to koniec jeszcze jedne piętro do wspięcia się. Ciasna klatka schodowa - idąc z walizkami pukasz do sąsiadów. Wąskie łóżko w sypialni - jesli twój partner/ka się przekręca wiesz o tym. Sofa w pokoju dziennym nie nadaje się do spania dla osoby dorosłej - chyba że ma się już poważne wady kręgosłupa.
