Excellent flat in very center of "old" town.

The flat is really nice. New building, everything is fresh. Good sound isolation. In very center of "old" town (which is being actively rebuilt from scratch). The central church is on the next street, promenade is at one end of the street, while the main walking street is on the other end.

The street in front of building is practically destroyed, seems that it is under constant construction works. There is no tarmac and there are many potholes. It might have free parking, but all places are constantly taken.

Apartment is located in the center of the city. The beds are very comfortable to sleep in and the apartment is clean. The host is kind and allowed us to check in earlier. Recommend!!

Apartment na najwyższym poziomie, świetnie wyposażony, bardzo czysty i zadbany. Ogromnym atutem jest możliwość wykupienia miejsca parkingowe w hali garażowej, ponieważ znalezienie miejsca na starówce graniczy z cudem.

Lokalizacja apartamentu. Idealne na weekendowy wyjazd z rodziną. Jedna uwaga co do parkingu, wpisywanie kilku kodów, żeby wjechać samochodem na parking nie jest wygodne, przydałby się dostępne pilot do bram.

Bardzo fajne, nowe mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum Elbląga

Dobra lokalizacja. Kompletne wyposażenie. Wszystko czyste, nowe. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Elastyczne godziny zameldowania. Łatwość parkowania. Pralka, zmywarka, kawa, herbata. Mieszkanie urządzone ze smakiem. Domowe warunki. Nowa kamienica. Łatwe zakwaterowanie, winda. Mieszkanie godne polecenia. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.

Droga dojazdowa ostatnie 100 metrów kiepskiej jakości. Obok budowa nowych kamienic, słychać sprzęt budowlany. Na parterze bar - słuchać było muzykę prawie do północy. W sobotę rano 6:30 przymusowa pobudka - jak szalone biją dzwony Katedry. Wszystkie te kwestie pozostają poza Właścicielem i nie mogą powodować obniżenia oceny.

W sumie wszystko było super I na najwyższym poziomie. Jak w domu.

Tylko brak mydła/żelu/szamponu (chociaż probek jednorazowych). Szczekanie przez cały dzień psa sasiadów, ale oczywiście wiemy, że to nie Państwa wina :))
