the pillows, i do not understand why such a good bed with bad pillows, there is nothing to hung your cloths once you enter the room, there is nothing to hang your towels, clothes in the bathroom

location was the only thing i liked

the apartment had one towel per person for a week. no cleaners around unable to empty bins or replace towel, bed sheets ect the bathroom shower doors damaged unable to close whole in the bathroom wall next to mirror contacted host and no answer just ignored once they received money woke up with red bite marks all over body from the bed.

The location was great! The apartment was clean, relatively newly renovated and the beds comfortable. Free parking very close!

If it is an apartment you expect that there would be a small kitchen or something like that. We had a refrigerator and nothing more. A microwave and a table at least would have been nice.

Disappointing

The property was very clean.

The proximity of the tram line right outside and the very, very poor quality of the curtains (see through) means from very early in the morning the noise and vibration of the trams and daylight coming through the curtains prevents sleeping. Only one small bar of soap provided, no shower gel or other toiletries.

False advertisement of Apartments

According to the advert I rented 374 ft (114m) place, with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen. In reality, it was no more than 10 square meters studio apartments with a view to a wall, no more than 2, 3 meters away from the window (on advertised pictures was shown completely diferent place with lovely views). After entering the property with my 6-year-old daughter on Friday evening, I contacted owner "management" who was pasive agresive and laughed at me telling me they have only 10m places and not as advertised 100m.. they gave me the option to leave and offered a full refund. I look around the city with zero oferes. I was forced to stay. I would never be back and would not recommend it to anyone to stay. Of courses you may be lucky and get better room but I will not take the risk!

Who is clean and location also was fine

What I didn’t like, was customer service :( and that I pay for apartment with a large extra long bed. Instead of it, I received two single beds. when I try to find out why I do have a two single beds instead of one large I’ve been told because you’re single you don’t need a large bed very poor customer service!!!

These are scammers in my opinion, firstly they give you the opportunity to book the money and then you no longer have contact. I was standing in front of a locked door and tried to reach someone by phone by e-mail and to date no one has answered me. So hands off folks I never again.

Advertises king size bed for deluxe appartment but is a smaller sized twin bed.

Location

The deluxe appartment is falsely advertised as king size bed, its first of all not even close to king size and secondly they are TWIN BEDS, not king size bed -__-. Its false advertisement. Secondly theres blood on the left curtain main room on the side and there there are blood stains in the bathroom at the wall near the toilet. Thirdly, its an appartment with one chair for the table, one plate and no knife or fork. Forget about having breakfeast indoor, had to use my hands to split a bun in half like a savage.. no knife and one plate..one chair?. What?, but a "twin bed" for two people. Fourthly there was no shampoo in the shower, thr container was empty and even if it wasnt.. it says on it "hand soap". For the price its best to go to a hotel, with breakfeast etc..

Value for the price

The location is very convenient: very close to both old town and the train station. The rooms are spacious and not cramped with furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is also free wifi

The bed table was covered in something greasy. The hanger for jackets was broken. Curtains could have been thicker or darker - too much light in the morning. No double bed. No toothpaste / shower gel / shampoo. The rest of the things - perfect!

To że wszędzie blisko było.

Nie zgadzały się zdjęcia co do faktycznego stanu, brudne z włosów po kimś w pokoju, w łazience brud, ściany brudne już nie mówiąc o kanapach zostawiłam bluzę na niej i na drugi dzień śmierdziała kanapa. W oknach brak rolet tylko jakaś zasłonka przez która było wszystko widać. Niby kaloryfer włączony na 6 a zimno w pokoju nie mówiąc o wodzie zimnej pod prysznicem jedynie w kuchni letnia.

Nie polecam!!!

Na wejściu okazało się że domofon nie działa i trzeba wejść inna klatka przechodzić innymi korytarzami i piętrami żeby się odnaleźć i jakoś dojść do drzwi. Informacja taka była ale po zrobieniu opłaty... Po wejściu do pokoju zauważyłem pilota do telewizora połamanego w strzępy który oczywiście nie działa. Tv też bez opcji ręcznego włączenia i ustawienia programów... Próbowałem się dodzwonić 5 minut z odpowiedzią że mam pisać smsy 🙈 napisałem prośbę o wymianę pokoju lub zwrot kosztów z wiadomych przyczyn...że chciałem odpocząć po podróży wykąpać się włączyć telewizję Dostałem odpowiedź że nie ma innych pokoi i jeśli pokój jest nie naruszony a byłem tam 5 minut to mam kliknąć na booking rezygnację i napisać prośbę o zwrot kosztów co uczyniłem... Od tej pory zero kontaktu z obiektem... Nikt nie odbiera telefonu wielokrotnie,nie odpisuje na wiadomości poprostu olewa sprawę oszukując ludzi zamiatając sprawy i klientów pod dywan sprzedając dalej pokoje...

Omijajcie to miejsce szerokimi łukami. W pokoju śmierdziało papierosami, sciany były brudne, powyrywane kontakty, na jednym ręczniku była krew... komunikacja z personelem poniżej krytyki i tylko przez komunikator booking. Pani stwierdziła że nie ma podstaw do zwrotu pieniędzy kiedy się dowiedziała że wystawię złą opinię.

Szybki sposób dostępu. Dość blisko starówki

Brak pełnego wyposażenia dla 3 osób, ręczniki, sztućce, kubki itd. Apartament samoczynnie zablokował dostęp na 15 min przed upływem czasu! Dobrze, że syn był w środku to nam otworzył drzwi, bo byśmy zostali z częścią bagaży w środku. Pilot nie od tego telewizora, brak możliwości uruchomienia.
