the pillows, i do not understand why such a good bed with bad pillows, there is nothing to hung your cloths once you enter the room, there is nothing to hang your towels, clothes in the bathroom

location was the only thing i liked

the apartment had one towel per person for a week. no cleaners around unable to empty bins or replace towel, bed sheets ect the bathroom shower doors damaged unable to close whole in the bathroom wall next to mirror contacted host and no answer just ignored once they received money woke up with red bite marks all over body from the bed.

The location was great! The apartment was clean, relatively newly renovated and the beds comfortable. Free parking very close!

If it is an apartment you expect that there would be a small kitchen or something like that. We had a refrigerator and nothing more. A microwave and a table at least would have been nice.

Disappointing

The property was very clean.

The proximity of the tram line right outside and the very, very poor quality of the curtains (see through) means from very early in the morning the noise and vibration of the trams and daylight coming through the curtains prevents sleeping. Only one small bar of soap provided, no shower gel or other toiletries.

False advertisement of Apartments

According to the advert I rented 374 ft (114m) place, with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen. In reality, it was no more than 10 square meters studio apartments with a view to a wall, no more than 2, 3 meters away from the window (on advertised pictures was shown completely diferent place with lovely views). After entering the property with my 6-year-old daughter on Friday evening, I contacted owner "management" who was pasive agresive and laughed at me telling me they have only 10m places and not as advertised 100m.. they gave me the option to leave and offered a full refund. I look around the city with zero oferes. I was forced to stay. I would never be back and would not recommend it to anyone to stay. Of courses you may be lucky and get better room but I will not take the risk!

Who is clean and location also was fine

What I didn’t like, was customer service :( and that I pay for apartment with a large extra long bed. Instead of it, I received two single beds. when I try to find out why I do have a two single beds instead of one large I’ve been told because you’re single you don’t need a large bed very poor customer service!!!

These are scammers in my opinion, firstly they give you the opportunity to book the money and then you no longer have contact. I was standing in front of a locked door and tried to reach someone by phone by e-mail and to date no one has answered me. So hands off folks I never again.

Advertises king size bed for deluxe appartment but is a smaller sized twin bed.

Location

The deluxe appartment is falsely advertised as king size bed, its first of all not even close to king size and secondly they are TWIN BEDS, not king size bed -__-. Its false advertisement. Secondly theres blood on the left curtain main room on the side and there there are blood stains in the bathroom at the wall near the toilet. Thirdly, its an appartment with one chair for the table, one plate and no knife or fork. Forget about having breakfeast indoor, had to use my hands to split a bun in half like a savage.. no knife and one plate..one chair?. What?, but a "twin bed" for two people. Fourthly there was no shampoo in the shower, thr container was empty and even if it wasnt.. it says on it "hand soap". For the price its best to go to a hotel, with breakfeast etc..

Value for the price

The location is very convenient: very close to both old town and the train station. The rooms are spacious and not cramped with furniture. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is also free wifi

The bed table was covered in something greasy. The hanger for jackets was broken. Curtains could have been thicker or darker - too much light in the morning. No double bed. No toothpaste / shower gel / shampoo. The rest of the things - perfect!

Szybki sposób dostępu. Dość blisko starówki

Brak pełnego wyposażenia dla 3 osób, ręczniki, sztućce, kubki itd. Apartament samoczynnie zablokował dostęp na 15 min przed upływem czasu! Dobrze, że syn był w środku to nam otworzył drzwi, bo byśmy zostali z częścią bagaży w środku. Pilot nie od tego telewizora, brak możliwości uruchomienia.

Wszystko.Na początku nie otrzymaliśmy kodu do obiektu po opłaceniu apartamentu trzeba było dzwonić i prosić się i z tym było ciężko bo nikt nie odbiera telefonu. Jak juz otrzymaliśmy kodu to nie szło otworzyć drzwi do mieszkania okazało się że drzwi są zepsute i kod nie działa próbując się dodzwonić do obiektu nikt nie odbiera po 30min ktoś wszedł do budynku z innych lokatorów i powiedział że drzwi nie działają jest klucz pod wycieraczka śmieszne czemu wcześniej nie otrzymaliśmy takiej informacji żenada. Na koniec prosiłem o fakturę i z tym było ciężko tydzień czekałem aż łaskawi mi przyślą fakturę i to z jakimi problemami. Prysznic zepsuty listwa odchodząca z łazienki długo trzeba było czekać na ciepłą wodę

Pokój nr 2. Wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja okej. Cena przystępna. Tylko na szybki wypad by się przespać i jak najszybciej jechać dalej.

Pokój nr 2. Meble zużyte. Z łazienki ciekło. Nieprzyjemny zapach. Ręczniki już dużo przeżyły - dobrze, że wzięłam własne. Na krzesłach i kanapie nie ryzykowałam usiąść ( groziło rozsypaniem). Wyposażenie poniżej podstawowego.

- pokój 2 osobowy (apartament) to klaustrofobiczna klitka, w której prawie nie idzie się ruszyć - brak wifi - w TV jeden dostępny kanał o polityce - pod oknami jeżdżą non stop tramwaje co wytwarza koszmarny hałas - w nocy bardzo słychać sygnalizację świetlną przez co nie idzie spać - w pokoju buczy lodówka - brudna kołdra, bok łóżka i zasłona prysznicowa - widok z okna (którego nie idzie otworzyć na oscież) na ścianę i klimatyzatory innego budunku - wejście choćby na parter jest po schodach więc osoba niepełnosprawna już się nie dostanie - strefa płatnego parkowania pod budynkiem Na 1 noc w awaryjnej sytuacji do przeżycia, ale gdybym miała tam spędzić kilka dni, to nie dałabym rady.

Brak parkingu trzeba było codziennie rano wykupywać bilet. Dzwi wejsciowe ciężko się otwierały (tarły o podłogę). Brak szczotki do zamiatania nie było gdzie śmieci wyrzucić, mały kosz w łazience nie pomieści śmieci z całego tygodnia, nie było też informacji gdzie znajduje się i czy w ogóle jakiś kontener na śmieci. Pokój raczej na 2 osoby sztućce, szklanki czy talerze na 2 osoby (a rezerwowany pokój był na 3). Kanapa nie nadawała się do spania, twarda i pozalamywana. W dzień jeszcze dało się wytrzymać ale wieczorem strasznie uciążliwe były jeżdżące pod oknem tramwaje. Telewizor nie działał prawidłowo, pilot też połamany. Pisałam sms czy dzwoniłam ale zero kontaktu ze strony właściciela, więc trzeba było radzić sobie samodzielnie. Niestety nie polecam.

Brak podstawowego standardu i bezpieczństwa

Cena oferty jednak na miejscu brakowało wielu rzeczy opisanych w ofercie I wpisanych jako udogodnienia.

1. Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż zamawiany. Z aneksem kuchennym którego nie potrzebowaliśmy zamiast standardu który zamówiliśmy. 2. Brak biurka, wieszaka i gniazdka , które były w ofercie zaznaczone jako udogodbienia.. 3. Klamka do drzwi łazienkowych kompletnie wyrwana, czajnik niewyłączający się i gorący bez możliwości podniesienia za uchwyt i bardzo brudny i przypalony w środku, szafa - po otwarciu drzwi - spadająca na człowieka, chwyt na rączkę prysznicową wyłamany, materace tak miękkie że spało się jak w hamaku, poduszki prawie puste w środku. Widząc pozytywne opinie i zdjęcia pokoi na stronie skusiliśmy się na rezerwację. Jednak tego pokoju na zdjęciach nie ma, gospodarz chyba ma świadomość że nie nadaje się na oferowanie go.
