Die Lage in der Altstadt und die vielen Restaurants, sowie die wirklich tolle Ausstattung der Wohnung.
Leider ist kein reservierter Parkplatz vorhanden und auf Grund der Bauaktivitäten und Restaurantbesucher in der Nähe sehr schwierig, einen nahen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden.
Die Bauaktivitäten ab 8:00 UHr und der Lärm der Restaurantbesucher der gegenüberliegen Bar, die vor der Tür bis 2 h nachts rauchen und lautstark lachen / reden, waren schon etwas störend. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter leider nichts.

Dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum Elbląga. Mieszkanie ma wszystko czego potrzeba żeby wygodnie przenocować z rodziną.
Nocne hałasy z baru po drugiej stronie ulicy.
