Fantastic Apartment

The property was fantastic for our family for our stay and great location. Good street parking too. It was a heat wave and the air con was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and spacious and 2 bathrooms a real bonus. Our host was really lovely and helpful too.

Almost perfect but unfortunately oven was broken the whole time which we had been really hoping to use to cook. Otherwise would have been 10 stars and I’m sure it will be fixed now hopefully.

Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Rahmen für die Erkundungen der Umgebung zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad und Auto

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil aber nicht zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Vermieterin war super nett und hat uns persönlich eingewiesen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage unterbringen. Auch die direkten Nachbarn waren sehr nett - es gab an einem Abend ein Fläschchen Wein und bei einem kurzen Stromausfall haben sie uns direkt geholfen.

Das W-Lan ist etwas schwach, aber wir konnten uns auch so behelfen. Eine Kaffee und Teekanne wäre nett. Es sind nur kleine Esspressokannen für den Herd da. Das ist aber auch schon alles ;-)

Alloggio Top e titolare Gentilissima

Appartamento molto spazioso, ben diviso e arredato con gusto. Già Gorizia è carina di suo; inoltre il quartierino in cui è situato è molto tranquillo e si ha anche la possibilità di parcheggiare tranquillamente sotto casa. Le camere da letto sono due, entrambe con letto matrimoniale; una di queste è situata al piano superiore ed ha in aggiunta un letto singolo. Ogni piano ha il suo bagno, quello di sopra è munito anche di vasca molto grande. L'appartamento è ben fornito di frigorifero, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, termostato, condizionatori; insomma non manca nulla. La titolare Monica persona molto gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è veramente onestissimo, considerando che ci si può alloggiare in 4-5 persone stando veramente comodi. Insomma penso che si è capito che ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo.

Eccellente soluzione.

Appartamento top praticamente nuovo, molto bello e super spazioso…disposto su due piani con scala a chiocciola. Due camere con due letti matrimoniali e uno singolo…due bagni , uno per piano. Posizione tranquilla e facilita’ di parcheggio. Piccolo problema all’arrivo ( acqua calda temporaneamente fuori uso) risolto prontamente dalla proprietaria ( Monica) . Quando ritornero’ a Gorizia sara’ sempre la mia scelta prioritaria
