Ein hervorragendes Appartement mit allem was man benötigt. Umberto hat auf alle Rückfragen super schnell reagiert, außerdem hatte er bei Bedarf gute Tipps für Florenz parat.
Wie haben nichts zu bemängeln, im Bad dürften es 1-2 Haken für Handtücher mehr sein.

Tot era quasi bé nou.
Desde l’habitació es sentia molt els sorolls del carrer que no eren gaires perque la zona és molt tranquila però al ser quasi bé a peu del carrer se sentia molt la gent parlant pel carrer. Vem trobar formigues al sofà llit i el microones no podia endullar-se a cap endoll ja que no hi havia tampoc cap allargo. L’Umberto va ser molt amable el primer dia però despres va desaparèixer i no ens va contestar mai més cap dels nostres missatges. Ni tan sols el de l’últim dia que no podiem tirar les escombraries als contenidors (s’han d’obrir amb un codi). Tampoc ens va contestar quan li vem dir que el rentaplats perdia aigua quan es posava en funcionament.
