It was self catering. It had an amazing view from the balcony of the mountains and it was 2 minutes walk away from the Lake. It was a 10 minute walk from a good swimming spot too. The Old town of Annecy is a bit like Bruges, with waterways and lanes lined with medieval housing, plenty of eateries and the best ice cream ever. Hiring a bicycle and riding around the Lake was the highlight of my stay.

Situation géographique extra, vue sur la montagne et un peu sur le lac. Petit balcon soleil levant ! Très bons échanges, compréhension et réactivité de notre hôte, nécessaire suite impossibilité de verser la caution, entre autre.
A notre arrivée, il y avait une très forte odeur de tabac (appartement indiqué non fumeur) couverte par une odeur de parfum de synthèse, vraiment désagréable ! A notre disposition 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette et des restes de petits savons, juste un fond de liquide vaisselle ..... un peu limite.
