Undercover parking space with lift close by. Location. Unit was comfortably fitted out.
Having to go on a wild goose chase to pick up and drop off the keys. Also a few little items such as tea towels, washing powder, tea bags, coffee, milk etc on arrival would have been a nice touch.

Location excellent close to shops and transport
There was a bit of a mix up with collecting keys at the lock box but was resolved in 15 minutes

The bed and shower
The check in process and check out process. Plus the room wasn’t very clean
