The apartment was nice and clean. Communication with owner and key pick-up worked well. Kids were happy about access to Netflix and adults were happy about the washing machine.
The bed in the bedroom squeaks loudly when you lie down or turn during the night. We got used to it by the 2nd night, though. Information about how to use the air conditioner remote might have been useful.

Although I didn't personally meet the host, he was extremely helpful. He was prompt in his replies and offered his help at every step. The place itself had everything you need (including a washer and a drier - which we din't use) and was quite conveniently located not far from the city center. The TV is MASSIVE and the WiFi is very good.
There is a dumpster in the passage way to the stairs from the entrance wich really stinks - must be really bad in summer. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with narrow winding stairs. The building itself could use some renovation. Those with mobility issues can have serious problems getting to and from the apartment.
