Laxurious inside with many rooms, toilets and shower rooms for our family of 7.

Water did not come out well from the shower heads. Many small flies in the house.

The directions referred us to a lockbox outside the building and outside the door to the flat. Both lockboxes were empty. Fortunately the external front door was unlocked and there was a code to open the door electronically. It would be helpful to update the instructions to make this clearer.

We were a group of 7 and found the apartment to be perfect for what we needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of main museums and old town. The apartment itself was huge and really comfortable. The water in the showers takes a minute to heat up but once it is on the pressure is great and it stays hot, even if all 3 showers are in use! There is a great little Italian spot (Tasteataly - the owner does pasta and wine tastings on Saturdays!) and a few cafés around the corner from the apartment - Citrick has delicious coffee and Room4 Coffee Yard is wonderful for coffee and pastries.

The door to the building can be a bit tricky to unlock at night.

The location is convenient and the mattraces are really good.

when the check in time arrived the check in details has not been provided in time. Instead, when I asked them for it, they sent me the link to register my identification AND to pay the deposit with 2 options: to pay around 55 EU of non refundable deposit or to pay 400 EU refundable deposit. This was not mentioned anywhere at the booking.com or during the free cancellation time. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant surprise. When I protested all of it, they sent me some labeled unclear and unreasonable text message that does not really sound as an argument enough for getting a non direct payments from the guests. I felt cheated. And another thing: in one of the bathrooms he water did not get warm. So I had to shower with a cold water when there was -7 degrees of cold outside.
