ทำเลที่พักสะดวกในการเดินทางมีลิฟท์ 2 ฝั่ง ง่ายต่อการลากกระเป๋า มีร้านสะดวกซื้อครบ 7-11, Lawson, FamilyMart, Welcia และ super market ร้านอาหารราคาย่อมเยาว์ Saizeriya, Sukiya, mcdonalds อยู่ใกล้ที่พัก
ประตูห้องน้ำเป็นกระจกขุ่น (Frosted Glass) เราเห็นคนที่อาบน้ำอยู่เป็นรูปร่างชัดเจน(เราเคยมาพักแล้วจึงมีวิธีการจัดการเรื่องนี้) ชักโครกไม่มีที่ฉีดน้ำหรือสายชำระ(เราเตรียมสายฉีดน้ำแบบพกพามาเอง) การทิ้งขยะที่พักให้ทิ้งไว้ในห้องควรมีการจัดการในการทิ้งขยะทุกวัน

古いマンションを買い上げて民泊にしてるタイプのホテル。洗濯機もあって長期滞在にも使える。
部屋が広い。エアコンの性能はいい。冷蔵庫やタオル、テレビ等、とりあえず全て揃ってる。問題ない。
ちと風呂場がにおう。シャワーのみ。
仕切りがないので入るとトイレットペーパーが濡れるので外して入るべし。
