We stayed at this charming little place for five days and are so satisfied with everything. The host has thought of everything in terms of amenities- tea, coffee, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron and even umbrellas for when it may rain or happen to be too sunny. What a lovely couple the hosts are- they went out of their way to make us comfortable! To the extent that when our luggage was delivered by sagawa, our kind host physically carried both suitcases up and handed them to us. Thank you so much Mr Zhaoming Yang.

We liked everything

The apartment was excellent and exactly as described. It was very clean, modern, and well-organized, making it extremely comfortable for our stay. The location in Shinjuku was fantastic—close to transportation, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet enough at night. Communication with the host was wonderful, smooth and helpful, he helped us when we arrived and even picked us uo from the station!Overall, great!

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If anything, the space might feel slightly compact for travelers with a lot of luggage, but this is quite typical for Tokyo and didn’t affect our experience much.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tokyo. As the very first guests, we felt especially welcomed—the owners were incredibly kind and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest after busy days exploring the city. It’s also very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Okubo Station, making it easy to get around. We spent a full week at the La Speranza apartment and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated having a fully functional kitchen for cooking, as well as a washing machine with complimentary detergent and softener provided. The bathroom was also stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which was a nice touch. Overall, this apartment offers comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality—we would happily stay here again.
