We had a great time visiting Middelkerke.

It was a very cozy and clean studio, the host was also very friendly and we had easy acces to the city and public transport.

Emplacement parfait, à quelques mètres de la mer.

Divan-lit très inconfortable, draps pas propres, ,aucune lumière fonctionnant dans la salle de bains, légumes moisis dans le placard de la cuisine.

L’emplacement de cet appartement est vraiment parfait, nous pouvons apercevoir la mer dans le coin de la fenêtre.

Il manque beaucoup d’équipements. Il n’y a ni micro-ondes, ni télévision, ni cafetière, une couette 1 personne pour deux, etc. La salle de bain à besoin de rénovation ( toilette, rideau de douche,électricité…) La propreté est aussi à revoir…

Péssimo apartamento

We hadden een goede prijs voor deze studio vlak bij zee, als het tenminste in orde was.

We troffen de studio aan alsof er na de vorige verhuur niet was schoongemaakt. Afwas op het aanrecht, etensresten en zand op de vloer, de wc vol urine sporen, badkamer vies met stinkende handdoeken en een slordig opgemaakt bed. Echt alsof de vorige huurder net vertrokken was. Na contact met de verhuurder hebben we schoonmaak spullen vergoed gekregen maar geen leuke start van ons weekend weg. De badkamer en keuken waren in dusdanige slechte staat dat ik het zelf nooit zou durven verhuren, er zal vast geen hygiëne controle op een dergelijke studio zijn in België. De wc stond los en kiepte bijna om als je er op ging zitten, de wc bril was stuk en met plakband werd de klep omhoog gehouden, schimmel en veel viezigheid wat ook niet goed schoon te maken is. Omdat we er al waren hebben we het maar geaccepteerd in de hoop dat de verhuurder terug zou komen op ons verzoek. We hebben niks meer gehoord en zoveel mogelijk gebruik gemaakt van openbare toilets. Ohja, de keuken afvoer lekt en de ikea slaapbank sliep onprettig. Gelukkig hadden we zelf nog slaapzakken in de auto liggen want het beddengoed nodigde niet uit om het te gebruiken.

Die Lage ist super. Nicht weit vom Strand. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Leichtes check in und check out. Nur schriftlichen Kontakt zum Eigentümer. Antwort erfolgt schnell. Zimmergröße war gut. Couch war schon bei Ankunft zum Bett umfunktioniert. Ruhiges Haus, ruhige Lage.

Die Einrichtung gerade Bad und Küche in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war die Küche sehr schmutzig, zum Kochen eher schlecht bestückt. Wir sind dann doch lieber Essen gegangen. Nur eine kleine Bettdecke mit zwei kleine zerknüddelten Kopfkissen. Gut, dass wir noch Kissen und Decken im Auto hatten. Im Bad konnte man den Klodeckel nicht runterklappen, der war am Spülkasten festgeklebt. Genenerell war das Apartment eher schmutzig und abgewohnt. Mit etwas Liebe könnte man ein schönes Apartment raus machen. Für 1 Nacht gerade so erträglich.

Studio à potentiel dont il faudrait prendre plus soin

L' emplacement du studio est proche de la mer , mais contrairement à ce qu'il est noté il faut très fortement se pencher pour voir la mer, donc il n y a pas vraiment vue sur mer. L' agencement du studio est bien et il est en partie rénové. La facilité pour récupérer les clés .

Le manque de propreté du logement, nous avons dû acheter de quoi nettoyer le minimum car même les éponges et lavettes sont douteuses. Le WC n'a pas été nettoyé, ce.n n'est juste pas possible. Le manque d' un 2 EME oreiller alors que nous avions réservé pour 2 personnes. Le propriétaire m' a remboursé 10 euros mais cela n a pas réglé le problème, il n a pas trouvé de réelle solution. La couette est également trop petite pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit est trop dur. La toilette tient avec du papier collant et bouge dès qu on s assied dessus. Pas de poubelle dans le logement, ce qui est bien ennuyant. Le logement a du potentiel mais nécessite plus d' investissement pour qu il soit agréable.
