Heel goede ligging vlak bij de zee en recht tegenover een 7/7 supermarkt zodat je alles bij de hand hebt. Gratis half uur parkeren maakt in en uitchecken via vlotte online regeling heel makkelijk. Goedkope longterm parking op wandelafstand. Klein maar praktisch keukentje met alle nodige voorzieningen. Ruim bed met goede stevige matras.
De studio is echt heel klein en er is weinig ruimte om je spullen kwijt te kunnen. Er is geen plaats om constant een eettafeltje en stoelen neer te zetten. Dit werd opgelost met een klaptafeltje en klapstoelen maar tussendoor zitten doe je meestal op of in het bed. Of je moet het bed wegklappen of het tafeltje. De studio is best wel gehorig. De deuren in de gang maken veel lawaai en ook de geluiden van de straat vinden makkelijk hun weg naar deze studio op de eerste verdieping waardoor lichte slapers hier niet de nodige nachtrust zullen vinden. Voor vaste slapers is dit misschien niet meteen een probleem maar met de venster open slapen is hier zeker geen optie.
