Coin calme, près d'un Proxy et parking non loin. Studio très bien équipé avec ascenseur. À 50 m de la plage et du tram qui dessert toute la côte.
Le canapé-lit cependant était très inconfortable

Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schön fand ich z. B. Seife, Duschvorlage, Shampoo, etc. im Bad. In der Küche fand ich Spüllappen, Spüli, Abtrockentücher und Mülltüten. Es war alles da, was man brauchte.

Convenient, great location, good facilities, well-equipped kitchen, coffeemaker and coffee pads provided, everything worked, including the elevator. .Was a very fair price, good communication with the renter.
The requirement to pay a €300 cleaning deposit was communicated " in small print" and visible only when I read "the small print" underneath quite some pages of information. As a result I only realised it after I gad booked the studio and I had paid the rental fee. Fortunately the communication with the owner worked well and my doubts were quickly cleared up.

Das Bett war eine Katastrophe und durch die Enge des Appartments hat ein Balkon sehr gefehlt.
