Lots of space and character. Great location. Reasonably good value.
Bathroom/wc was badly ventilated - no window or extraction fan.
It would have been good to know it was on the 5th floor and no elevator - 100 stairs with bulky luggage was extremely awkward for me and would be impossible for some. That seems like basic information that should have been in the property description.
Also, this wasn't really a hotel, despite the name - more like an air b and b. There was no staff - it was just an apartment in an otherwise residential building, with a key in a box outside the door. Which is ok, but don't pretend it's a hotel.

Idéalement placé, proche des commerces, de la gare, bars et restaurants, tramway, bus et métro accessibles facilement, bien desservi. L'appartement est spacieux, l'immeuble calme et les instructions pour y accéder étaient claires.
Les équipements sont abîmés : pommeau de douche, chasse d'eau, serrures, portes, fenêtre de toit... ils restent utilisables mais très fragiles, c'est désagréable. Une forte odeur de canalisation émane de la salle de bains, où on peut trouver des cheveux et autres traces de maquillage : le ménage n'était pas fait à fond. La vaisselle aussi n'était pas impeccable.
Il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet près du lit, ce serait un plus.
Enfin, dernier point problématique : il n'y avait pas de réserve de papier hygiénique ni d'essuie-tout. J'ai dû en acheter au supermarché voisin.
