Great terrace, location, pool and could find parking space every day. Lidl nearby.
Could be a bit more modern. Washing machine was not working during our stay, but I believe it was fixed afterwards.

Gute, zentrale Lage, kurze Wege sowohl zum Meer, zum Strand, zu Restaurants. Bushaltestelle 1 min entfernt. Schöner Meerblick nach links. Große Terrassse. Dezente abendliche Unterhaltungsmusik aus der Sportanlage gegenüber. Sehr schöner hauseigener Pool. Supermarkt 2 Min. entfernt. Sehr gutes Internet. Öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Gute WhatsApp-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
Meine nach einigen Tagen auftretenden Pickel im Gesicht und am Hals waren keine Mückenstiche, sondern stammten, wie mein Arzt mir zu Hause sagte, von Bettwanzen; ich sah bis zwei Wochen nach dem Urlaub aus wie ein Streuselkuchen. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und sieht schön aus, aber sie ist qualitativ einfach und wirkt eher alt.
